If you have any questions about the warranty of a product ordered at thecoffeejointco.com please firstly read the warranty terms provided in this page. If you have further questions contact us by email at thecoffeejointco@gmail.com with your order number and specify the product. 

Shipping 

  • If your package is lost or otherwise damaged, please contact your carrier.
  • We are NOT responsible for mis-delivery due to carrier errors or incorrect shipping info. You should contact USPS for all shipping issues. Shipping is a service purchased from USPS when you place your order with us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.

Return/Refund Policy

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since you received your product, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
  • We will only replace defective or damaged item(s). If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged item(s) for the same item(s), send us an email at thecoffeejointco@gmail.com

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs in returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  •  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund


Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (Credit card, debit card, etc) or as a store credit in the form of reward points. While the refund will be immediately issued by thecoffeejointco.com, it may take approximately 2 to 6 business days to reappear in your account,  depending on the policies of your financial institution.

30-Day Warranty Policy: vaporizers, batteries

The 30-Day warranty begins on the delivery date of the product and not on the day it was first used.

Please test all products for defects upon receiving your order and notify us immediately if an item is DOA/defective.

  • Customer assumes all costs in shipping defective items back to us, and we assume the cost in shipping replacement part(s) to the customer.

  • Shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.

2-Day DOA Policy: 

The 2-Day DOA warranty begins on the day the product is delivered and not on the day it was first used.

  • Warranty does not cover any use of the product that does not fall within the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. 
  • Warranty does not cover the use of our product with parts from other manufacturers or suppliers. 
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches and discoloration) and coil malfunction is not covered by the warranty. 
  • Please test all products for defects upon receiving your order and notify us immediately if an item is DOA/defective.
  • If you believe you received a defective product, please read the product information carefully to make sure you are using it properly.
  • Customer assumes all costs in shipping defective items back to us, and we assume the cost in shipping replacement part(s) to the customer.
