It has been said before, the body has everything it needs to heal. I believe this to be true, however, it may need a catalyst or the right ingredients to give it a little encouragement. The body happens to be this amazing, as the Chinese put it, Universe of its own attempting to achieve its own harmonious balance…okay, let’s face it, we don’t make it very easy for these amazing vessels but really it’s not one singular person’s fault. I’ve said it before and I’m going to go ahead and say it again, this fast-paced world we live in that is constantly throwing things at us, we also tend to cut corners when it comes to adding nutrients to our bodies mainly so we can get back on the go again. So before you start thinking yes we get it, we need to slow down and eat better let me tell you something…this is not a new thing this has been happening for thousands of years, literally! An emperor by the name of Haung Di 4,600 years ago asked why are people not living as long of lives as they use to? The response, ‘In the past, people practiced the Tao, the Way of Life. They understood the principle of balance as represented by the transformations of the energies of the universe. They formulated exercises to promote energy flow to harmonize themselves with the universe. They ate a balanced diet at regular times, arose and retired at regular hours, avoided overstressing their bodies and minds, and refrained from overindulgence of all kinds. They maintained the well-being of body and mind; thus, it is not surprising that they lived over one hundred years’. This was over 4,000 years ago!!!

So, basically…we have a lot of work to do, but let’s try to heal with natural herbs, let’s try and help our overworked stressed out bodies and work with what the brilliant Chinese minds that tested herbs that naturally work with the body to cure the cause of the problem as opposed to just the symptom. Let’s talk more specifically cannabis, the herb was said to benefit the five viscera, descend blood pressure, break accumulations, relieve impediment and disperse pus. Later on during 6th century AD weed was, the herb was documented capable of dispelling wind and relieving pain.

I’m pretty much garenteeing I will write more on this later, but for now, be kind to you…go practice Tai Chi, eat well, smoke weed, drink tea, honor the Universe within!
